Yes...it won't be too much longer now. Robyn Kass recently announced on Twitter that all season 3 finalists have been contacted.
I suspect the premiere date will be announced during Global's 6th Annual New Year's Eve at Niagara Falls with special guests Jon Pardy and Neda Kalantar. The couple will be live tweeting during the show (@GoofyNewfieBBCA and @NedaBBCAN) and have promised to make a special announcement. Let's hope we don't have to sit through Nickelback first. I don't know how literally we should take the "coming in Spring 2015" teaser. Spring officially arrives March 20th, but the eligibility requirements stated that cast members must be 18 years of age by March 1. Consider also that the houseguests actually enter the house a whole week before the premiere date.
UPDATE: January 1,2015...Yeah that so-called Special Announcement for BBCda fans was completely ridiculous. We were told the show will premiere in March, which we all knew. Come on Global, get with it. You can't tell me you don't have your schedule already fixed. Give us the premiere date!!! And another thing....relaunch your website. It's 2015 and season 2 is already a distant memory...Sabrina who?
