BBCan3 Finale Week Recap - Episodes 28 & 29 No Time For Quitters!

Oh Sarah, come on...you know the numbers.
Okay, so here's the situation. It's Finale Week, and there are still lots and lots of gears and steam and punk left to see. Besides that, there are still 4 HGs left in the house: Ashleigh; Brittnee; Godfrey; and Sarah. Sarah is HoH and has put Godfrey and Ashleigh on the block. They have still not played for the final PoV.

Arisa gathers the last 4 to give them some not-so-surprising news. There is a special eviction in less than an hour. It's not really a surprise - after all, both we and they know one of them has to go. But in order to evict one of them, they must first play for the 2nd most important competition of the season. The final PoV. Sure, Sarah has secured a seat in the final 3, but she has absolutely no power in determining who leaves in this eviction. With only the 4 HGs remaining, only the PoV holder will vote to evict. It's all that matters.

This PoV is aptly called, "Fast Track to Finale", and it's a model railroader's dream. To be exact, it's
an O-gauge model railroader's dream. They're the bigger scale. Is it sad I know that? Anyway, two trains circle a perimeter track, with each pulling cars displaying numbers. The players must match the number on the train to a description found on the rooftop of houses, then line them up on each side of "Main Street". The descriptions refer to a day in the house or a number concerning an event. To make it even harder, there are extra houses with descriptions that don't belong. The house guest with the fastest time wins.
Brittnee's doomed if she does, doomed if she doesn't. Oh hell, she's just plain screwed.

Easy-peasy, right? Well you have to have a great memory and stay cool under pressure. Some can't handle it, and in this case it's Brittnee who looses it. In fact, she gives up. What makes it so sad is Brittnee would be the replacement nom if either Godfrey or Ashleigh win. That's exactly what happens. Ashleigh wins PoV, takes herself off the block and Sarah is frced to put Brittnee up as the renom. And since Ashleigh is the PoV holder and the only HG eligible to vote, she smartly decides t save Godfrey and votes out Brittnee. After all, Brittnee not only won too many comps, but is also favoured by the fans who voted for her in the Special Have Not Twist. As she leaves, Brittnee says, "I was a pawn, but I am leaving a Queen".

Which reminds me. Can people just stop calling these girls "Queens"??? Please. I mean, seriously? Ugh.

Arisa has one more twist, one more special announcement. She gathers Ashleigh, Godfrey and Sarah together to tell them the obvious again. There will be 10 Jury members and that's no good. There could be a tie with no means of breaking it. One of them has to go. So she sends the Final 3 into the Vault where they will stay until they can mutually agree on an evictee.

There it is. Sassy Ashy.
Oh sure, It starts out fine, but negotiations quickly break down when Godfrey points out he has no guaranteed vote on the jury because he made no strong alliances. Then Ashy gets sassy says "These are MY people", while holding up the pictures of Zach and Pilar. So we are left with the cliffhanger: who will they agree to evict? At this rate, they could be in the Vault for another month.

The Finale intro was an endless recap of the season. The only thing bearable about it was Arisa's appearance in her finale outfit. Gorgeous as usual in a dress that fit in comfortably with the steampunk season 3 house. But enough of that. Let's get to the 3 comps that determine the final HoH.
It's a good thing Arisa has nice knees

Yay! God saved the world! Move over Bruce Willis.
The first comp is called "The End of the World" and once again, Trevor Boris outdid himself. I mean, really! How the hell do they pull these sets off? This one is supposed to look like some apocalyptic future where the HGs must keep a bin filled with sand in order to save the world from destruction. I don't know in what scenario that would ever play itself out. Maybe some sort of sandworm aliens have attacked earth. Maybe the HGs have to maintain a layer of sand on the surface of the Earth to protect it from solar flares. In any case, this is an endurance comp. And just to make it extra apocalypsy, there are bursts of fire, earthquakes and ash falling everywhere. Nice. They must fill their buckets from the bottom of the flue, then run up the stairs to pour it back in the top. So they want to fill the bucket until it's overflowing, then run as fast as possible up the stairs. Two at a time if they can. Godfrey says, "I was made for this." He knows he has this one over Ashleigh and Sarah. He of course wins it - Sarah and Ashleigh give up when their bins are next to empty. They also cry a lot and tears don't mix with sand very well.

The second comp is played by only Ashleigh and Sarah and is called "The Final Frontier". It's a timed
Ashleigh really grinds Sarah's gears with this win.
trivia-based puzzle on a giant gear. Of course it is. They must put events in order, with each event connecting the two house guests who shared in that event. It's basically the same as last season's 2nd comp, except it's on a vertical gear instead of planks on the floor. And because it's vertical, they must push a huge lever to turn the gear in order to connect all the events. Sarah knows if she doesn't win this one her fate in the house will be out of her hands. So, of course, Ashleigh wins.

Before we get to the third and deciding comp, we are treated to an update on the Jury and an obligatory visit by a special advisor in the form of a previous BB winner. This time it's Ian Terry. The Jury is in awe, especially Jordan who falls to the ground praising the BB Gods. Allelujah! They are soooo #blessed! And they should be. Ian sure can deliver his script lines very drolly. He says he has been watching the entire season, which I don't know how was possible since Big Brother Canada is not aired in the States. Gee Ian. Did you just admit to watching illegal video streams or downloading torrents? I won't tell. He closes with a real pearl of wisdom, "when you vote, remember for the rest of your life, you will have to live with saying you lost Big Brother to that person". No shit, Ian. Of course that also means that if you vote for the loser, you will have to live with the knowledge you are an even bigger loser.
Thanks for your input Ian. But you didn't have to. Really, you didn't.
The third and final comp is played between the winners of the first two comps, Godfrey and Ashleigh, and is a straight up trivia comp. The answer is either A or B. Blah, blah, blah. Godfrey takes an early lead, but Ashleigh catches up resulting in a tie. It goes to sudden death - you know, like a hockey game. This gets them nowhere, so they have to go to a tie-breaker question: How many hours did Sindy Withaness spend in the house on her return? Again with the frigging Sindy question! Why? Just to remind us of her being the darling of production? Was she a queen too? Ugh. The one with the closest answer, without going over, wins. Ashleigh answers 300, Godfrey 260. The correct answer is 284.

Hey at least Ashleigh didn't answer 2600.
Godfrey wins the final HoH, which means a
Another action-shot from the Great Giant God.
guaranteed seat in the final 2 and he gets to send either Ashleigh or Sarah to the Jury. For Godfrey, this is a tough decision. Ashleigh has a lot of friends and alliance members on the Jury who may vote emotionally. Sarah has fewer, but she has had a more strategic gameplay and has won more comps. Godfrey evicts Ashleigh, citing the fact that the two previous winners of Big Brother Canada - Jillian and Jon, were basically the result of showmances. At least he stayed true to his claim that this is no lovers' paradise. Thank God(frey)! I hope that's the end of that crap.

Then there is the introduction of the Jury, Ashleigh is brought out and the first four evictees are acknowledged. All standard stuff. The Jury asks their ridiculous questions. Sadly, most of them were asked of Sarah. And by ridiculous, I mean Willow's question to Sarah: "Was our relationship all game, or did I get to know the real Sarah Hanlon?" Good grief! You're supposed to be a superfan Willow, and you basically ask a breakup question? This sort of stuff just personalizes it and means you are going to vote emotionally! Sarah responds by saying it was real, but I wonder how Willow would have voted if Sarah admitted to at one time actually finding her sneaky and a bit of a creeper.

And then the vote. These guys still don't know that one of them will be cut from the Jury and their vote won't count. I guess they didn't want them to know in advance they may be casting a bad vote, and influence the way they vote. But still, it's kind of sad.

Jordan votes while Arisa and Ashleigh look on. Awkward.
Then Arisa announces the final twist of the season. There is that nasty, problematic 10 person Jury. Why they didn't see this coming is beyond me. They are shown the video of what went down in the Vault, including the sassy Ashleigh outburst at Godfrey. Arissa then announces the decision. Jordan, who really drew the short stick all season, gets the boot and is asked to go sit with the first four, non-jury group. Poor guy. When he voted, he said he wasn't going to "Topaz" the vote. Let's hope that in the future no one will ever have to say they just got "Jordaned". He kind of saw it coming knowing he was the first jury member and knew the least of events that transpired after his eviction. It was a completely logical decision, but still you can't help feeling sorry for the biggest superfan there. Arisa reveals that Jordan voted for Sarah.

More endless season recaps of alliances, showmances, twists and downtime in the house. Yawn.

Here's the vote. Remember, only 5 votes are needed to win:

Sindy voted for Sarah
Even when happy, Sarah looks to be in pain.
Bobby voted for Godfrey
Kevin voted for Sarah
Willow voted for Sarah
Bruno voted for Godfrey
Zach voted for Sarah
Pilar voted for Sarah

Neither Brittnee nor Ashleigh's vote were read on air, as only 5 were needed to win. Arisa later revealed on Twitter they both voted for Sarah, making the final result 7 to 2. So here is my only consolation for Jordan. Ashleigh and Brittnee's vote were just as unnecessary as his evicted jury vote.

And that's that. Congratulations Sarah Hanlon! And just FYI, Sarah was the last of my 5 pre-season pics to win this season. So I have that. To be honest, I was secretly, hopelessly rooting for Godfrey.

God....forever gracious. Love it!
One last bit of info. We should find out in a few weeks if there will be a season 4 of Big Brother Canada. I am not so sure of it, mainly because of the drop in ratings when GlobalTV got their money-grabbing hands on it from Slice. Very iffy indeed. Maybe it should just return to Slice.

BBCan3 Episode 23 Week 8 Eviction: Super Power Megalomaniac

I wish they would stop with these 10 minute recaps at the beginning of the episode. Okay, I'm exaggerating...but not by much. It was 6 minutes this week. Yeah, Brittnee's got the power. Who will fall prey to Brittnee's super power? Geesh. Enough with this schtick. We get it. Just get on with it will ya?

When you get a secret super power, you turn into this.
I have nothing against Brittnee (don't you hate it when people preface their opinion with that), but her DR sessions are the worst ever. It's a major tell just how scripted these things can get. Brittnee's a terrible actress when presented with a script or told what to say by production. It's completely unbelievable - like she really doesn't want to say these things and has to force it. If we were to believe the edit she is getting, we would think she was some kind of evil megalomaniac mastermind, hell bent on taking over the world. But, she is much better at the art of improvising and has done an incredible job of pretending to campaign or covering up the fact she has this super power. Damn good job.

Do we feel sorry for Ashleigh - going about like her HoH will actually mean something? Not really. Not when she is only still in this game because of her huge meat shield, Zach. Not to mention her complaining all week it's HER HoH and she won't be controlled by Zach - then turns around and does his bidding. Bah!!! She makes me sad.

Brittnee's goal is to make sure she comes to the right decisions with her renoms, so she approaches each of the other HGs, acting as if she is worried about being evicted and campaigning to stay. Bruno
Or...from the lowest point in the house, and in the pit of despair.
- a close ally of Godfrey who is on the block, tells her he is undecided. Right. Then there's Sarah who only knows Brittnee won some kind of super power. She has no idea what it is or if will save Brittnee from eviction. Sarah asks Brittnee about next week, and if they will target Zach or Bruno. In reality, I think Sarah was trying to get a feel for this power. To see how Brittnee reacts to the idea of being around next week. Or, if this power was some sort of Coup d'Etat, who Brittnee was targeting. Almost as if they were talking in code. Brittnee's quick response? Bruno.

Meanwhile, Bruno is happy he has been getting closer with Zach ever since he took Captain Canada off the block during the triple eviction. Zach went from Bruno's meat shield to a F2 alliance in a matter of days. They call themselves The Generals. Fine. But don't take it too seriously.

There is still friction between Sarah and Bruno, despite the two apologizing to each other over the big snit during the Triple Eviction. Bruno can't seem to leave it alone, and goes to talk to Sarah in the Have Not room. They are joined by Brittnee. A fight ensues, ending with Bruno swearing and walking off in a storm.

There is the obligatory scene with Brittnee, alone, trying to figure out her best move. She plays out different scenarios with the various options available to her with this power. She really wants to "shake up the whole house" or "blow it up" or something, but she also wants to make sure her target goes home.

Time for the Eviction Vote. Oh wait. First there is an update on the Jury House. Cut to JP complaining about Sindy Withaness being high maintenance, but looking more pussy-whipped than anything else. Enter Bobby - the first of the Triple Evictees, who confesses his not-so-secret veto was fake. JP is in shock. Then Willow and Kevin show up. JP's head almost explodes, wondering how the hell that happened. Willow explains to Bobby there was never a Girls' Alliance. Then they all drown their sorrows with their own hot tub party. This is shaping up to be a bitter jury come Finale Night.

Time for the Eviction Vote.

Oh wait. Yeah there is that little matter of Brittnee's super secret power. Arisa makes the announcement. Yes, Sarah and Brittnee were voted in as Have Nots this week by Canada. But that's not the twist. Sarah and Brittnee competed for a power....blah, blah, blah. Brittnee won and must remove one of the nominations, OR she has the option to remove both. AND she gets to name the replacements. AND she can vote too.

Godfrey is in shock.

Brittnee saves herself, of course. Then she puts the necklace over Godfrey's head. He's still in shock so he is unable to do a pirouette in the air. The tension builds as we await her renom choices. Well, no tension from the live-feeders. Just from people who only watch the aired episodes. She puts Zach and Bruno up with the proviso that Zach is the pawn. I wish she didn't do that - the vote could have gone completely different. Instead, Bruno is evicted unanimously 4 to 0. Like JP, he took it like a champ realizing it was all in the name of the game.

This next HoH comp, called "100 Minutes of Hell" looks simple, but hides a lot of strategy. They
Looks like Zach needs a bigger coffin.
must lay down in plexiglass "coffins" and buzz in when they think 100 minutes have passed. The key is to buzz in after the HG whom YOU DO NOT WANT to be the next HoH. Basically, if you can count to 6,000 you should be the next HoH, but Big Brother won't let it be that simple. They will be given lots of distractions. Vermin, anyone?

This is another cliffhanger and we officially won't know the next HoH until Sunday's show.
Bye bye Bruno. Let's hope there's room in the Jury House hot tub for you.

BBCan3 Episode 20 The Triple Eviction Bloodbath

Finally, the big night is upon us. Three house guests will be heading off to the jury house.

But first...

We have to get a little background that will basically set the tone of the bloodbath. Because what's a good bloodbath without a good story to go with it?

Bobby is basically a goner, but he's not going to give up just yet - just like he never gave up on the Chop Shop. He's a pretty stubborn guy. He needs something, anything that he can use for ammo. So he sneaks out to the backyard and listens at the hot tub door. He overhears Ashley, Willow and Sarah bragging about how they chopped the Chop Shop. Alright!!! More proof there is a girls' alliance. Kinda. But it's something, and he can spin it to Zach to get that vote flipped.

But, tit for tat, Ashley, Willow, Sarah, and Pili take a turn listening to the guys at the hot tub. Funny how that happened. They hear Zach tell Godfrey, Bruno and Bobby he has a "good take on Ash." Oh, oh. Ashley's not very happy about this.

Now the strange thing here is that Brittnee is nowhere to be seen and isn't involved in any of this. Too bad, because if she was there she would have seen this for herself.

Despite all this, Bobby is evicted unanimously 7 to 0. So much for the Chop Shop. So much for Bruno's loyalty. So much for the guys trying to flip the vote against this so-called Girls' Alliance.

One down and two to go.

The HoH Comp is called "Talk of the Block" - a simple A or B trivia on past nominations and veto ceremonies. The winner is Brittnee - the one person who wasn't involved in all the guy vs girl drama.

Arisa tells them to head directly to the living room, where she tells them this week is very different and tonight, two more of them will be leaving. A wave of shock and fear spreads among them. Give me a break. They suspected something big was coming up. After all, there are still 9 of them left in the house, and there's only 3 weeks left. Brittnee is given only a few minutes to decide on her noms so she hauls Sarah into the storage room. Sarah tells her to prioritize the others by their threat level, so Brittnee nominates Zach, Kevin and Pili. It's clearly an attempt to break up the Diaper Alliance.

The PoV comp is called "BB Workshop". They must find gears with the names of evicted house guests, arrange them in order, then turn the gears to illuminate a lightbulb. Bruno wins. He chooses to use it to take Zach off the block.

Brittnee names Willow as the replacement nominee. Good for her game but bad, bad, bad for Sarah. Truth be told, Sarah didn't exactly press Brittnee back in the storage room how unhappy she would be if Willow went up on the block.

What happened next is something we didn't see. Before the vote, everyone was given a few minutes to decide on their vote. Bruno and Godfrey are talking in the storage room when Sarah comes in to quickly say, "We're saving Willow, right?" Bruno rips into her - bringing up the guy/girl ratio. That's a nice way to put it. Godfrey actually has to hold Bruno back. I know the stress must be getting to these guys, but this incident just bumped Bruno down to the bottom of my list to win. Bad form, Bruno. Bad form.

With 3 nominees, the vote is a vote to save, not evict. Sarah, Godfrey and Ashleigh vote to save Pilar. Zack and Bruno vote to save Willow. Of course, you're asking: why did Sarah not vote to save Willow? Remember what just happened in the storage room? Sarah was sure the guys were going to save Kevin, so she voted to save Pilar hoping at least one girl would survive the vote.

Kevin and Willow are evicted.

Be sure to watch the next episode on Sunday at 7 PM...we'll get to see the aftermath - including Bruno apologizing to Sarah, and both he and Zach continuing to call her a snake. I think these guys better look in the mirror. Geesh.

And one last thing. The last Twistos Twist of the season is the Have Not special power. Canada votes in 2 Have Nots who will compete to win the power - It's a Coup d'Etat. They MUST replace one of the nominees, but CAN also replace both.

BBCan3: Episode 9 HoH/Noms & Episode 10 PoV Comp/Ceremony with Spoilers.

Just to save time...this is only a quick summary, followed by a few spoilers, speculation and clarification.

  • HoH comp "Through the Wringer" continues. Godfrey gives Bruno 2 letters he needs. You can argue amongst yourselves if that is cheating or not. I tend to believe Bruno accepted them without thinking, in which case he should watch it. Down the road, if Godfrey wanted Bruno out of a comp, he could set him up. Bruno ends up winning and we get a very Rocky-esque musical accompaniment when he climbs up to hit the button for the win.

BBCan 3 Episode 7 Round 2 Noms & PoV - The 3 Laws of Fembotics

No hard feelings guys. You're just pawns. The Fembots have bigger fish to fry.
Sooo...
Brittnee has just won the HoH comp and Sarah yells out, "From pawn to queen in one move, right here." Sure everyone is excited for her, but you could tell it was very forced for some of them. Graig, Bobby and Bruno give her their obligatory hugs. They aren't happy and it shows. Graig says he thinks he has a good relationship with Brittnee. Apparentlt, in Graig-speak, a "good relationship" means "She is easy to manipulate." Bobby tries to pick Brittnee's brains about her plans for nominations, then tries to throw Johnny under the bus. Oh Bobby, you aren't very good at this. Brittnee just agrees with him and HIS (the Chop Shop's) "master plan" to nominate Johnny.

Johnny, just like Sarah, voted for Britnee in the Instant Eviction only so Naeha would be spared from a unanimous vote. It was a sympathy vote. Johnny is a bit worried that Brittnee may be a little pissed so he has a little talk with her. Brittnee understands what he did, but for now she wants to keep Johnny in the dark. You see, Johnny is a key figure in her "master plan." Nyuh, huh, ha.

Yep, that's right. Up until now Brittnee has been a pretty quiet house guest. We only knew she was in the house because she has been nominated twice. Even on the live feeds, she just seems to mope about and rarely talks. Of course, being a Have Not on slop for the last week may have had something to do with Brittnee chronically staring into space. I can't fault her for that. But now, Brittnee has suddenly become a player and she has her own plan.

Her target this week? Graig. The Ginga-Ninja himself. Brittnee's had enough of being his pawn. For now, she is going to keep him at ease, pretending to do his will. Then BAM. Graig's going to find himself back-doored.

Cos that's what Fembots do. Brittnee and Sarah refer to themselves as Fembots. All fluffy and smiley on the outside, pretending to have no clue as to what's going on. But on the inside they're circuits and wires. Cold and calculating.

Brittnee goes in the vault and shortlists Bobby, Godfrey, Kevin and Graig. Then she comes out to reveal her noms: Kevin and Bobby. She tells them it's nothing personal. She hopes they play for PoV because she has "bigger fish to fry". Then she says, "I never forget when someone writes my name down." Ouch. Johnny hangs his head in shame.

Poor Johnny, he's doomed...right, Graig? Wrong. Even Jordan could see through the charade and says he can't believe that Graig is so arrogant he can't see he's the real target. Johnny goes up to the HoH room looking all mopey. He closes the door behind him then immediately he and Brittnee do a victory dance. As it turns out, Johnny knew the moment Brittnee looked at him during the nominations, that he wasn't her target. It was Graig. Johnny puts his mopey face back on as he leaves the HoH. He's going to play this up.

The Power of Veto comp is called Spooling Around. Brittnee, Kevin, Bobby, Sarah, Johnny and Zach
Curious mix of Devo and Oompa Loompas.
must transfer "thread" (rope) from 3 large spools to oe larger spool by wrapping it around their bodies. Of course all this spinning leads to dizziness and vomiting. Kevin sees this as a good opportunity to practise his art of comp throwing. Sarah panics because she wound the thread too tight around her chest and constricted her breathing. Brittnee and Zach wound their thread too loosely and got tangled. Bobby said this comp should be a breeze because he is a rock climber and is used to ropes. I don't see how this would be an advantage winding the rope around your body unless he repels down a rock-face like a Yo-Yo. Johnny wins the comp - looking very haggard and maybe a bit dehydrated.

It's no secret that Johnny will save his Kevy Wevy with that PoV. Bobby is scared and makes a beeline right to Brittnee to ask if there is anyone else in her crosshairs. She doesn't respond. The next day, Graig brings up the fact that Johnny spent a lot of time in the HoH room with Brittnee and Sarah. He mentions it to Bruno - who is ALREADY distancing himself from Graig. The best line of the episode is Graig: "I tell him I'm going on the block. Bruno just thinks I'm paranoid like he does every day. But this time I know it's for real"

Graig confronts Brittnee who has had enough. She tells him how irritating he is, he hasn't left her alone once, and he thinks she can't think for herself. She tells him even Johnny has said the same thing to her. Graig takes this to mean that Johnny planted this in Brittnee's head. (did he not hear what she just told him??? Geesh.) Graig thinks Johnny has no one in the house, and it was Johnny's game move to ruin his game. So then comes the Graig/Johnny showdown. Lots of yelling back and forth.

But at this point there is nothing Graig can do. Of course, Johnny saves Kevy Wevy and Britnee names Graig as the replacement nominee. The master plan nears completion and Graig is getting backdoored by The Fembots.

There's just one problem. The Fembots' master plan isn't all that masterful. They are simply taking out the henchman, NOT THE REAL MASTER. Ooops.
Look out Ginga Ninja, the Fembots are gunning for you.

The 3 Laws of Fembotics:
  1. A fembot may not injure a house guest or, through inaction, allow a house guest to come to harm.
  2. A fembot must pretend to obey the orders given it by aggressive house guests, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
  3. A fembot must protect its own existence in the house, and backdoor the aggressive house guest.

BBCan3 Episode 6 - Instant Eviction and Round 2 HoH "A New Hope"

Right after Kevin's HoH win, he is summoned to the Diary Room, while the rest are on lockdown in the backyard. He is REALLY pissed off he won that HoH by default. Big Brother tells him to immediately go to the Vault where Arisa gives him news to piss him off even more. It's an Instant Eviction and he must nominate 2 people. He picks Britnee and Naeha, working on the assumption the guys have his back. And one more thing...if he tells anyone about this, he will be evicted.

Speaking of bad feelings...this.
In an effort to cover for Kevin's absence, the HGs re-enter the house to find a belated birthday party for Johnny, complete with a cake. Yeah, that sounds reasonable. No one will ever suspect something is up with Kevin and his HoH win. He was obviously baking and decorating the cake the whole time he was gone.

Everyone jumps on the chance to talk to Kevin and try to deflect any ideas that he may have putting them up on the block. Bruno and Graig get hold of him first and point out what a threat Naeha is. You better believe it. Then Zach and Jordan talk to him in the storage room. They even come up with a new alliance name for the three of them. The Bromuda Triangle. Later that same night, Naeha, Johnny, Sarah Zach and Jordan sit Kevin down to let him know he was Bobby's primary target last week. Oh, oh. Kevin REALLY messed up those noms. Or did he? He seems to be taking it all in stride, and rightly so. If Naeha can muster up all those people so quickly to have a talk with him, then who is the most imminent threat to his game?

Instant Eviction time. The HGs are called down to the living room. Kevin walks out. They know
That's no lens flare.
something is up. Arisa tells them, "Tonight is an instant eviction." Okay, come on. All these self-described superfans in this season and not ONE of them saw this coming? It's the Easter weekend and the feeds always go down. it is done this way so the first half of the double eviction can happen in secrecy. Kevin nominates his choices. The HGs vote, but this time it's a little different. They must write their choice down - Survivor style. Not only that, but they must show their vote to everyone. Very interesting. They can't vote in anonymity. Naeha is evicted by a vote of 9 to 2 - the two holdouts were Sarah and Johnny who explain it was not really a vote to evict Britnee, but a sympathy vote for Naeha. They knew perfectly well how the others would vote.

Naeha is gone. She was our only hope. But wait...there is another. Sarah also seems to have the force with her. She gathers the 4 other girls together to jump start the game. One of them has to win the next HoH and start picking off the alpha males, or they will all go the way of Naeha.

The HGs are divided into "pre-determined" pairs, who must stand together on a series of three elevated gears - from big to small. Britnee says she should have this because models have to stay on their feet all day. While most of them tackle this challenge face-to-face and hugging each other for support, Bruno and Graig didn't to try it "spooning " style. After  while, they figure it would be best to switch it up. Doesn't help. They are the first off, followed by Zach and Bobby; Jordan and Ashley; Pilar and Johnny. Finally, Godfrey and Willow fall off leaving the win to Britnee and Sarah. Sarah hands the HoH reins over to Britnee. Aww, isnt that sweet? I am sure it had absolutely nothing to do with Sarah not wanting to get blood on her hands.

Look for Sarah, I mean, Britnee to flip the house this week, target the Empire and destroy the Death Star. It's happening. Graig may even get frozen in carbonite. Cue the Ewoks.

Big Brother Canada 2 Recap of Episode 17 - Week 6 Double Eviction Nailbiter

They start the show with everything we already know. Kenny won POV, took himself off the block and Heather nominated Sarah as replacement.

Arlie realizes he has to reveal himself, so he tells Sarah he flipped to the other side of the house. Blah, blah blah, Allison tells Sabrina she is with the Sloppy Seconds. Sabrina tries her dry cry crap but Allison completely shut her down. Neda sneaks downstairs in the middle of the night and throws out all the condiments for the Have Nots Rachelle, Sarah and Kenny. Just to make them extra cranky.

Out at the hot tub, everyone is happy and having fun. Kenny blurts out "Fuck it, I'm gay". Sabrina stops the rejoicing by saying something inappropriate...gays like to do yoga and that's why they are extra bendy. Kenny tells her how very wrong she is. She then says all her best friends are gay. Quite frankly, I don't think anyone is listening to her anymore.

Sarah tries to make a deal with Neda, but Neda tells her no.

First eviction.  Sarah is evicted by a vote of 3 to 4. Rachelle, Sabrina and Kenny voted for Allison, as expected.

Arisa tells them it's a double eviction. The HoH Comp is called We are Counting on This., based on the house guests' knowledge of the number of items in the house. They are pitted against one another in pairs. The person who buzzes in first and answers correctly knocks out the other, and then chooses the next pair to face off.

Rachelle bumps out Sabrina
Neda bumps out Jon
Kenny bumps out Rachelle
Arlie bumps out Adel
Neda bumps out Neda
Arlie bumps out Allison
Neda bumps out Arlie and wins.

Arlie was actually playing until he faced Neda, then threw it. Surprise, surprise. Yeah that was sarcasm.

Neda only has a few minutes to name her nominees. There was no Topaz moment like last year. She nominates the Gremlins, aka Sabrina and Rachelle. She is obviously counting on one of the Sloppy Seconds to win the POV Comp, because we know her target is Kenny. Adel runs to get his POV card before the players are picked, just in case he has to use it to replace Kenny. (if Kenny is picked to play in the POV Comp)

Three other players are picked to play the POV: Heather, Adel, and Arlie. At this point, the Gremlins are really, really hoping that the Sloppy Seconds are planning to backdoor Kenny, otherwise their number is up.

The POV Comp is called Dumpster Diving for Day Old Donuts. They have to dive for donuts with the names of the first five (not the alliance) evicted house guests, then put them in order of eviction. Hey, what do you know, Arlie actually wins something! So you might ask why he thought he had to win. Well he wanted Kenny gone, that's why he flipped in the first place. Plus he wanted to prove his loyalty to his new alliance (even if that loyalty is only temporary to him).He only has a few minutes to pick someone to take off the block. The Sloppy Seconds do the Adel Happy Dance in the bathroom. Arlie takes Rachelle off the block. Neda puts up Kenny.

No surprise here...Kenny is evicted. However, Rachelle voted to evict Sabrina. does she intend to lie to Sabrina and blame, oh I don't know, maybe Arlie? Was it a sympathy vote for Kenny? OR has Rachelle had enough of Sabrina and her constant BS? If the later is true, the house and the live-feeders are in for one hell of a treat next week with a complete Sabrina meltdown. Sabrina might even self-evict. What do you think?

The HOH Comp for week 7 is called This is How We Roll. They have to get 6 balls into an indent by gentle manoeuvering a platform back and forth. This comp won't be determined until later tonight for those watching the live feeds, or Sunday for those who just watch the aired episodes.

Big Brother Canada 2 Week 6 Double Eviction Day Spoilers

***The following should be considered spoilers if you only watch the aired episodes and not the live feeds. Just saying.***

Tonight's episode is the first double eviction of the season. Here's a breakdown:

The first eviction is pretty much straightforward. Sarah is going home tonight. Sarah tried to strike a deal with Neda to flip her vote in exchange for protection of both Neda and Jon. Neda declined, but went to Jon just to make sure. She wanted to know if Jon trusted Allison insofar that if Jon was on the block with Arlie, whom would Allison vote to evict. Jon said she would vote Arlie out.

The second eviction is a toss up. Suddenly, we have a real competition.

Jon and the Sloppy Seconds vs Kenny and The Gremlins

No, they aren't two really bad pop groups from the 70's. It's the two sides of the house. Kenny commands the Gremlins - Sabrina and Rachelle. The rest of the house...The Sloppy Seconds, are basically under the control of Jon, with Neda and Arlie as second in command.

Jon and The Sloppy Seconds
If Kenny and the Gremlins win, they will put up Jon and Arlie OR they could nominate Arlie and Adel then backdoor Jon. In either scenario, Jon is their target, but they would be happy to let any 3 of them go.

Kenny and The Gremlins
If The Sloppy Seconds win, Kenny and Sabrina will find themselves on the block...but Kenny is their target.

Will Arlie flip again? My guess is no. He will work the numbers game to take this opportunity to get rid of Kenny. He won't flip to evict Jon and risk the majority of the house coming after him next week. Will Arlie try to win this HoH or take another dive? That depends...I think he will play for real until Kenny and the Gremlins are knocked out of the competition, then let someone else in the alliance win. Of course, that's just my opinion based on his track record.

The one wild card in the whole situation is Allison and her Red POV. Remember, she only has 2 more opportunities to use it...for the 2nd POV Ceremony and Next week's. (last night's POV ceremony was her first chance). After yesterday's talk with Jon, she just may use it to save Jon if he is nominated by Kenny!

Okay, I lied. In many ways, I also see Kenny as a bit of a wild card. What? Well the only ties Kenny had to Sabrina were through Sarah. Kenny can't tolerate Sabrina, and has only been civil in an attempt to make Sarah's last couple of days in the house bearable. He also knows that Canada doesn't particularly care for the woman either. Combine that with his trying to clean up his game and coming out to the house just yesterday, and you just might see Kenny make a big move. With Sarah out of the picture, I can't see Kenny remaining with the Gremlins simply by default.

Of course, things might change as leaks come out from the taping, and I will update my House Guest Standings page as events unfold. You can find that HERE

Big Brother Canada 2 Recap of Episode 16 POV Ceremony + Secret POV

So Allison and Kenny were nominated for eviction. But Kenny is determined to push back. Jon wants to get Allison over to their side of the house. Sarah is now trying to work both sides with Arlie, or so she thinks. Allison knows that Heather is keeping secrets behind her nomination. At this point, she doesn't know that Arlie is working both sides.

Here's the thing, all week Sabrina has been trying to weaponize Andrew with Allison - mentioning to Allison that Andrew is at home watching and judging her. Saying things like ...what do you think Andrew would say.

Players for PoV comp is Heather, Kenny, Allison, Arlie,Sabrina, Rachelle. Jon is the host. The theme is Yukon Gold. Some guy from History Television's Yukon Gold does an intro. They have to pan for letters and form the longest word - like Scrabble. Just one problem. There seems to be a severe lack of vowels.

Allison spells cry
Rachelle...    crest
Neda...   shocks
Arlie...  farting
Kenny... shocking
Heather... wishfull...(not only did she spell it wrong, but she also had a Y and could have won with wishfully)

Kenny wins. Allison hopes that something comes up in the next few days to save her. Hmmm...I think either Big Brother angels are listening, or they have done some fancy editing here (keep reading to find out what I mean). Meanwhile, Sarah is scared that she will be the replacement nominee. Kenny tries to talk to Heather about nominating Jon instead of Sarah, and even promising Heather 2 weeks safety in exchange.

Suddenly there are flowers upstairs. Neda checks them out but doesn't see what Allison saw. There was a clue which sends her on a scavenger hunt: it says make a splash...she goes to the pool and finds a clue in a puck. This clue tells her to go to somewhere hot that is cold. The hot tub. The third clue hints that she must get into the secret War Room. Read it like a book, 1 to 3, turn it right then back again. She goes to the red wall and starts turning the white slats.

She's back. In the War Room. Arisa greets the lucky house guest with a final clue... blah blah blah...tap 3 times. She gets it. It's a red POV, good for 3 evictions and can be used after the regular POV. Of course, if she tells anyone she will be instantly evicted.

Arlie goes to Kenny and tries to suggest that Sabrina might flip in the vote. What Arlie doesn't know is that Kenny already suspects Arlie has flipped and might blame Sabrina. Sarah knows this, but thinks she is safe with Arlie. None of them know how many people are involved in the other alliance...yet. Kenny, Sarah. Sabrina. Rachelle think that they have the numbers this week,  assuming Arlie and Allison are with them. Arlie is still keeping up the facade.

POV Ceremony. Kenny saves himself. Allison wonders about using her Secret POV. Heather nominates Sarah as replacement. Allison decides to let it ride, knowing that if she gets voted out while possessing the Secret POV she will be the biggest idiot in Big Brother history.

Big Brother Canada 2 Kenny Finally Tells Someone About His Secret

I was just starting to think that Kenny has passed the point of no return about disclosing the fact that he is gay to his fellow house guests. I imagine if something like that isn't said from the start, there really is no right time to say it. Any way you look at it, Kenny pretty much stuck himself in the corner with this. He said that for the last little bit, he has been obsessing about it and stressing himself out. He has had to do a lot of covering up, because people have started to notice he's been seeming distant. The tipping point for Kenny was Canada's vote to nominate two houseguests for eviction this week. Canada's choice, Andrew and Sabrina, was based purely on public perception. Canada simply does not like these two. They are rude, obnoxious and to put it bluntly, lack personal hygiene. Kenny has been concerned that Canada may also disapprove of his hiding his sexuality. He decided that the time was right to tell Sarah - his best friend in the house.

In case you are unaware, and before you start to condemn Kenny for his little secret, let me fill you in. Kenny went into the house determined that his sexuality was never going to be a factor in the game. He was going to use his - as Sarah puts it, "ability to woo women" as part of his strategy. That is one of those things that looks good on paper, but in the Big Brother world, may not turn out quite the way you expected.

Kenny blurts it out, "I'm gay." Sarah's reaction was, to say the least, typical. She was dumbfounded. There was the 3 second silent pause that seemed like 5 minutes. Then the questions and the tears started. Kenny reminded Sarah of all the stories he told of his girlfriends, and all she had to do was change "she" to "he". Sarah then expressed her relief. She has seen Kenny as a close friend, never physically attracted to him. She has felt bad because she didn't want the public misconstruing their relationship. She is, after all not only about 7 years older than Kenny, but married with children.

Kenny was relieved that someone in the house finally knew, and in my opinion, he picked the best person to tell. They discuss the possibility of telling the other house guests. Kenny and Sarah agree on the way to handle it in the house. The main sticking point is everyone thinking if Kenny has pulled the wool over their eyes with this information, has he also been lying about other things? The second problem is Sabrina. Of course it is. In the first couple of weeks, Sabrina considered both Andrew and Kenny her boys. Kenny even kissed her. Well it was more of a peck actually. Kenny knows that Sabrina can be....um...vindictive, to put it nicely. Then there is Rachelle who is now taking her turn with Kenny. She has been coming on pretty strong and Kenny has been doing nothing to discourage her.

They also agree that if and when Kenny tells the others, she will act just as surprised as everyone else. That will save his ass just as much as hers. Kenny would also prefer to wait until after a few more evictions. The coming days may prove to be a turning point when you combine this with the end of the First 5 alliance.

Big Brother Canada 2 Eviction Day Spoilers for Week 3 ***UPDATED***

Flip. Flop. Flip. Flop.
What started out as a very simple plan by nominating Paul and Heather for eviction has turned into a giant mess for ALL the HGs. After all, Paul and Heather are the two lowest rungs on the ladder. No big moves. It looked to be the easy way out for Ika. But it has turned into the move that has fractured the First 5 alliance and exposed them to the others...all at the same time. Here is the situation as of this morning, as brief as I can make it:

  • Ika has formed an alliance with Adel. Adel convinced Ika to change the target to Heather. Adel exaggerated his special Veto power he won from the Buzzworthy comp, making it seem like he can basically veto a veto.
  • The supposed Girl Alliance want Heather out. The First 5 (Kenny Andrew, Arlie, Sarah and Sabrina) want Paul gone. Sarah and Sabrina are in both alliances (to them the girl alliance is just a cover) and they do not want to expose the First 5 to the girls, therefore they feel they must vote to evict Heather. Sarah and Sabrina keep changing their minds about Heather or Paul.
  • Kenny gets nervous. He comes up with a plan with Sarah - he will blame his vote for Heather on Allison. He talks to Andrew about voting out Heather instead of Paul, but Andrew convinces him to stick with Paul as the target. Kenny tells Sarah the plan is cancelled, they are voting out Paul, but Sarah and Sabrina need to at least split their vote.
  • Ika keeps asking Allison how she is going to vote. Allison keeps putting it off.
  • Last night: Sabrina stayed up late with Ika (not sure if she slept there), presumably to deflect any suspicions Ika might have about Sabrina and Sarah. Arlie is sleeping on the HOH couch with them. It turns into Sabrina covering only HER ass, not Sarah's as well.
  • This morning...the Ika and Sabrina convo gets back to Sarah. Sarah questions Sabrina's intentions. Sabrina claims (lies) that she didn't understand the plan...but Sarah sees through it.
Everyone is on edge this morning. The First 5 alliance is fractured and it appears that they each are seeking their own backup alliances.

As it stands this morning, it would appear that Paul will be evicted tonight. However this is a situation that can change in a heartbeat. I will update if a major shift develops.

Update 12:40 P.M. Allison told Ika she is voting to evict Paul. Kenny talks to Ika in the bathroom. Ika now ponders voting out Paul. Paul comes in, Kenny leaves, and Ika tells him she will be the tie breaker.

Update 1:13 P.M. all HGs except Paul and Adel are gathered in the living room. General conversations. (I always suspect that when this happens, they all just want to make sure that no one goes off in groups for last minute deal making/strategizing). BB announced earlier the "Live" eviction will be taped at approximately 4 P.M., so there is not much time left. BB then calls all the HGs to living room (for eviction rehearsal)

Apparently Paul is evicted by a vote of 6 to 4.

The Bachelor 17 Recap of The Women Tell All

So, has AshLee taken to stalking Sean? Or does she just spend every waking moment burning pictures of him with those laser eyes of hers? Has darling Sarah found a man who thinks she will make him a good wife? Has Ashley Palenkas sobered up yet? Has Lesley found some other guy to kiss? Did Desiree go home and beat the living snot out of her trailer trash brother? All good questions but forget that crap, all I want to know is has Thunder Thighs Tierra found her sparkle again and has she worked on controlling that sentient eyebrow of hers? Did she get that heart tattoo closed up now that she is engaged, and what kind of fracking loser asked her to marry him? But most important of all...has Sean finally found a shirt that fits?

Well tonight is the night we find out the answers to all our burning questions.

Part One: The Tierra Show (Reprised)

Yeah, that's right, seems this season was so boring that they had to spend the better part of the first hour with the Tierra story, one....more....time. Geez. Before she took the stage, Chris asked the women if they thought she was fake. Of course there was an overwhelming agreement: YES!!! Then Chris said, "Let's give her a chance to cry, feign an injury, um speak." We hear the standard excuse that has become the hallmark of every season's "villain" - "I didn't want to be friends with them (the other girls)"..."I went there to find a piece that is missing from my life and that was to find love". This time, this excuse just doesn't work.  Then, it's on to what Chris Harrison refers to as the battle of St. Croix.

Oh boy, I can't wait to see that one. I've heard such great reviews for it. "The Battle of St. Croix: A Very Bloody Affair - A Film by Ken Burns". Surrounded by the enemy and out of ammunition, the idealistic young woman was determined to give her life for her beliefs. She yelled, "fix bayonets" and charged the older, wiser and matronly commander. Come on...the battle of St. Croix? Give me a break. Once again, It was everybody's fault except her. To AshLee..."I asked you if you said something about me to Sean. You lied when you answered no". AshLee calls her out on it, and Selma tells her she can only use that excuse so much. Then Chris asks her the really hard-hitting questions: (I'm paraphrasing)

Chris: What's up with the eyebrow?
Tierra: Who cares about my eyebrow?
Chris: America cares!

Chris: What about your sparkle?
Tierra: I was Little Miss Nevada. My Dad always told me I had sparkle.

Chris: So, you're engaged? When did that happen?
Tierra: January.
Chris: Everyone is saying it's a hoax.
Tierra: It's real...I've got a good man.

Wow, so she was the Honey Boo Boo of her day. Maybe she's just jealous that she didn't get her own TV show called "Here Comes Tierra Sparkle". And just what kind of fricking idiot of a guy would ask this one to marry him? Is he deaf, dumb and blind? Hey wait a minute, is his name Manti Te'o?

And thus, the Age of Thunder Thighs Tierra ends. She's destined to become a legend and join the ranks of other great villains in history...Courtney, Vienna, What's-his-name from Ali's season and What's-his-name from What's-her-name's season.

Part Two: The Rest of the Show.

...was for the most part, boring and predictable. Desiree defended her family. Everyone teared up with Sarah's story. AshLee said Sean was a perfect Southern gentleman with her but seemed more like a frat boy with the others. She said she was no longer in love with Sean...she knew in that moment it was over and it was time to move on. This totally contradicts what she later says to Sean. When Sean is brought in and AshLee joins him on stage, he tells her that he was looking for his best friend...someone to have fun with. Gee. So basically he was saying AshLee is a real downer. Yeah, that's certainly how she was portrayed. All that talk of being abandoned, being an orphan, marrying as a teenager, and the trust issues? I am sure there was more than one viewer party where they played a game of taking a shot whenever AshLee mentions one of her "issues". So I really think Sean made a good choice there and dodged the proverbial bullet.

But then...a shocker. AshLee asks Sean when he changed his mind about her, specifically bringing up Sean telling her on her overnight/fantasy date that...get this... he told her that he had no feelings for the other two girls (Lindsay and Catherine). Twice. Hmmn, sounds like maybe something...ahem...went down. He denies it. But AshLee is persistent. She just won't let it go. He keeps denying. To me, there is just something off with her sincerity. Just a vibe I am getting from her. Really, what woman is going to say something like this on TV? It kind of fits with the whole stalking personna she has. She also brings up Sean not "coming to check on her after she was eliminated". This makes no sense either. They even show the two discussing it during the break in filming. I'm just calling B.S. on this. Perhaps it was thrown in to add some drama that wasn't Tierra-centric, or to use it to build interest for AshLee as the next Bachelorette, I don't know. And I certainly hope the latter is NOT the case. I'm really hoping It's going to be Desiree. AshLee just has this "creep factor". Pretty, yes. But creepy.

They showed bloopers which were amusing. Then a review of the F2 - Catherine and Lindsay, and a preview of the finale next week. They are really over-dramatizing it. Including that damned shot of that letter. Still going with it being from Catherine. Maybe his Mom or Shay. Or Des. Crap, it's not from AshLee the Stalker, is it? No, I think the producers just need to increase viewer interest in Catherine. Definitely Cat. Right?

Recap of Episode 6: Dawn of the Dread OR It Came From the Lake

Part 2 of the two-night bachelor extravaganza begins not with Sean in the shower or even Chris Harrison giving us a little chat - but with mountains and waterfalls and an elk and a grizzly bear. Ah yes, it's Canada! We hear Sean say he loves Canada and although he has never been to Alberta, Lake Louise is the most beautiful lake he has ever seen. I am sure St. Croix will be the most beautiful tropical paradise he has ever seen. And Thailand will be the most beautiful ...I don't know what. Chris tells the girls they are at the beautiful Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. There will be two 1-on-1 dates and one group date.

The first 1-on-1 date card arrives. Lindsay grabs it and asks everyone, "who hasn't had a 1-on-1 date yet? Tierra, Catherine and Daniella raise their hands. She reads, "Catherine... lets find our fairy tale ending".

The date starts with Catherine standing in the middle of the Columbia ice field. How did she get there? She's acting like she doesn't remember, despite the fact that it's at least a two hour drive from the hotel. It's like she's experienced missing time...maybe she was abducted by aliens and then dumped in the middle of effing nowhere. Where's a hypnotist when you need one. What's my name? Where's Sean? Where's Santa? Suddenly there's a rumbling. She probably thinks its Thunder Thighs running to meet her. But no...it's a giant snow bus driven by Sean. He gets out and they romp in the snow...during a pretty vicious wind that's blowing snow and ice. They side on a toboggan and make snow angels. It was pretty fracking cold. You could tell because Sean was so much more whiter than usual, especially with the snow in his hair. He looked like an albino snowman. Now remember this, and compare it to the b.s. we see from Tierra later during the group date.

Magically, they are suddenly back at Lake Louise and they jump in a horse-drawn carriage which takes them to an ice castle. Really, it's just a set. I don't think it was real ice. They talk and cuddle and catherine tells Sean her sob story. Why does everyone have to have one? Won't he love someone without a past trauma? Catherine's is about a tree falling and killing a girl at summer camp when she was 12. Sean enjoyed this story...he gives her a rose. I am starting to think he is some kind of masochist. "Tell me your most traumatic life event and if I like it, I'll give you a rose. Nyah-ha-ha".

The group date card reads: "lets bare our souls". Well, that doesn't sound too good. Wait...is that "bare" or "bear"? Does it have something to do with that Grizzly bear we saw earlier? Either way, sounds like it's gonna suck. Looks like Tierra, Sarah, Lindsay, Lesley, Selma, AshLee and Daniella are about to find out. Daniella is pissed because she has figured out it means she won't be getting a 1-on-1 date with Sean, again!

It starts with the seven girls and Sean paddling canoes across the lake. Looks like their canoeing skills have improved since that group date last week in Montana. Once there, Sean explains they will be doing a "Lake Louise Polar Bear Plunge". Tierra says "It's cold". No shit. Selma says "I'll die" and "Arabs are warm weather people". So she's a no-go. What's wrong Selma? Did you pay too much for those boobies to accidentally freeze them off? Everyone else changes into their bikinis and don the hotel bathrobes. Now let me tell you something...people don't usually wear bikinis for these polar bear dips. There is a life guard and emergency medical personnel on hand. So there's no problem, right? As long as you don't do anything stupid, right?

Well there she is...Miss Stupid herself, running into the shallow water like an effing crazed maniac. Everyone (except Selma) jump into the water, then come running out and then cover up with their bathrobes and thermal blankets. Just like you're supposed to. Except Thunder Thighs who runs around like a chicken with its head cut off. Oh she knew what she was doing, make no mistake about it. Sorry but there was no accident here. She saw another opportunity to get personal attention from Sean. Sure she was cold. But hypothermia? Nope. If the emergency services thought for once she was in danger she would have gone to the hospital, whether she wanted to or not. That hand shaking was fake...she was not shivering!!! Nobody would stick their hands up like that!!! The girl is psycho. She looked like something from the Walking Dead. Hey maybe she did succumb to the cold and she was in the process of transforming into a zombie. I have certainly seen better looking zombies in The Walking Dead. Run away everyone! You have to shoot zombies in the brain!

Crap...nobody listens to me. We are subjected to the rushing of a despondent Tierra, not to the emergency room, but... to her hotel room bed? What a crock. She even gets the guy to put her socks on for her. Yet she feels good enough to put the oxygen line in her own nose. Well I guess she had to set the scene in time for Sean to get there. Then in he comes to console the Thunder Thighs Zombie Thing that came from the lake. Eeeek. He holds her hand and notices it's warm. She says it's so weird cos the rest of her is so cold. Sean...don't you know that old saying, "warm hands, cold heart"? Or is it the other way around? Whatever. Tierra proves they're both true. He tells her to stay in bed. The other girls think she won't be going to the after party. But this is Tierra. Of course, she feels better. She's dressed and ready for the party in record time. Meanwhile the other girls are already at the party celebrating the No-Tierra fun they are going to have. They are having a great time making fun of her, then in she walks. They are stunned. I'm not. Sean goes through the usual chat time with each girl. Sarah shows him pictures of her family and of her as a little girl. Awkward time. They kiss. It's an awkward peck. Later, much to Thunder Thigh's dismay, Sean gives the rose to Lesley. Maybe Tierra is second guessing her stunt. Is she starting to think she pushed the b.s. too far?

Sean comes to the conclusion that there is one woman here that he just doesn't see having a life with. He doesn't want to put her through an elimination at the rose ceremony the next day. (this was obviously shown out of sequence because next up we will be seeing Sean's date with Desiree "the next day"). He goes into the party and pulls out Sarah. He tells her the kiss didn't click, that it was a stretch. Sarah feels blindsided by it and embarrassed - "It's always the same...they always say you're an amazing girl, you'll make someone a good wife". I really don't think she was crying about losing her chance with Sean as much as she was crying about her previous life experiences. Funny how Sean didn't want to put her through a rose ceremony elimination, but it was okay for her to have to face the embarrassment of a personal one on one kiss off. With all the usual excuses.

"The next day" is Desiree's 1-on-1 date with Sean. They walk up a mountain path and Sean explains there's a picnic...at the bottom. Desiree is shocked to learn she has to repel 400 feet down the mountain cliff. Okay...here's a big clue Desiree...where did you think you were going? Shopping? Every single time these people go "up" on this show, there is always some dumb way that they have to get "down". Hey Desiree, it could have been worse - at least you didn't have to climb up a cliff like Selma and have Sean looking up at your ass. Please Desiree...please don't say that climbing down a mountain is just like a relationship. Oh crap, she did. They have their picnic and then they go to a teepee for a chat. Desiree tells him she grew up in a tent in a trailer park. Well once again...it could have been worse - it's a good thing you didn't get Selma's date at the trailer park. That would have been awkward. She gets a rose for that story. Then they yell in unison "1...2...3...Hello Canada!!!". You know I thought I heard that. Last October, right. Wow, I thought I was just hearing things. I did yell "Hello" back. Did you hear it Sean?

At the party before the Rose Ceremony, Sean explains how he was not a happy guy last week in Montana, but he has had a great week in Canada. But his conversations tonight will be important. Duh. Your goal is to find a wife, so when aren't your conversations important? First up, Selma. She is wearing a tight yellow dress which is pushing her bazongas up around her neck. She tells Sean she didn't have the courage to jump in the lake, but she now has the courage to kiss him. Worst kiss ever. Trying to look virtuous. Like it was her first kiss or something. Later, she explains "Mom, please forgive me but I had to bring out the big guns tonight". I don't think she was talking about the kiss so much as the badonka-donks. Which religion is it that makes you feel uncomfortable kissing in public, yet you feel totally at ease with your boobies popping out? then AshLee has her time with Sean, just to remind him that she was adopted. Sean talks with Lindsay and asks her to tell him something he doesn't know. She tells him she sleeps naked. Now everyone knows. The most amazing thing about the whole party? There wasn't a peep from Thunder Thighs. Shhh, don't complain about it.

He supposedly has no idea who he is sending home tonight. And of course, everyone is hoping it's Tierra. Catherine, Lindsay and Desiree have roses. Chris Harrison shows up to tell us there are only 3 roses and two will leave tonight. Sean starts handing out the roses:

Lindsay gets the first one. Then AshLee. So Tierra, Daniella and Selma are left standing there. Chris has been keeping track of the roses. So he comes out to tell them it's the last rose tonight. Drumroll. Tierra gets the last one. Selma and Daniella get to do the walk of shame. Bye-bye.

Next week, it's off to St. Croix. There will be another Terrible Thunder Thighs Tierra Tantrum. But Sean just may call Tierra's bluff.

Double Episodes, Double Drama, Double Trouble Preview

Just in case you haven't heard, we will be subjected to two episodes next week, which means we will be subjected to double the crap from Thunder Thighs. So, here's a little preview...with some spoilers (yeah here's that warning...don't read if you don't want to know):
